An AI dereverberation tool that removes room echo and reverb from recordings, vocals, speech, or any audio captured in an untreated space. Upload a file, adjust strength, and compare the result before downloading.

How to use it

  1. Drag and drop your file or click to browse (MP3, WAV, OGG, FLAC, M4A, WebM, MP4 accepted; max 50 MB, max 60 seconds). You can also record directly from your microphone.
  2. Set the strength slider, starting around 50–70% works well for most recordings.
  3. Click the process button and wait for the AI to finish.
  4. Toggle between the original and processed versions in the before/after player to hear what changed.
  5. Download the cleaned file when you are satisfied with the result.

FAQ

What is the recommended strength setting? Start at 50–70%. Going too high can remove natural room tone that makes audio sound lifelike and can produce an overly sterile result. Going too low may not make a noticeable difference on heavy reverb.

Does this tool handle both reverb and echo? Yes. Reverb (dense wash of blended reflections from enclosed spaces) and echo (distinct audible repeats from large hard surfaces) are both addressed by the AI model.

What audio content responds best to dereverberation? Vocals, both speech and singing, respond best. Heavily reverberant instrumental recordings, especially those with sustained notes like strings or pads, can be harder to clean up completely.

What is the file size and duration limit? Maximum 50 MB and 60 seconds. The AI also needs at least 5 seconds of audio to accurately model and remove the reverb pattern, very short clips may not produce good results.

Is there a daily usage limit? Yes, processing runs on our servers and has a daily limit per device. If you reach it, you will see a message and can try again the next day.
